A: For customization, we can send you sample to test, but you need to prepay sample cost, the cost just considered as a prepaid fee, we will refund or deduct it from the order amount once your order is successfully placed.
Q:Can you do dropshipping?

Q: Is there any color difference on color shades?
A:All pictures are taken by actual products, due to different computer displays and lights, little color different is allowed.
Q:How long do I expect my order after payment?
A:Normally, the lead-time will be about 5 days and 15 days on our off-season and peak season respectively based on the sample approval.
Q:What should I do if I got damaged eyeshadow palettes?
A: Please don’t worry dear, all products before shipment have been inspected carefully; unfortunately if you receive the few broken, please send us picture then we will reship or return your money;
For the powder broken, it’s not quality problem, due to long distance transit, please use shapening tool to press it hard, wait for few hours, it will be recovery the original shape.
