A: Please don’t worry dear, all palettes before shipment have been inspected carefully; unfortunately if you receive the few broken, please send us picture then we will reship or return your money;

For the powder broken, it’s not quality problem, due to long distance transit, please use shapening tool to press it hard, wait for few hours, it will be recovery the original shape.
